• You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships
• Delivered to your address or a courier pick-up point

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product, no reason needed.

1. Email us at supportpounce@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll send you return instructions
3. We refund within 14 days of receiving the product back

The product must be in its original packaging and unused beyond a normal test.

Problem with your parcel?

If the product arrives damaged or doesn't arrive on time — write to us and we'll fix it: a new parcel or a full refund, your choice.
