Right of return

Under EU rules you have 14 days from delivery to return the product without giving a reason.

Conditions

• The product must be in its original packaging and in the condition you received it.
• Write to supportpounce@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Refund

Once we receive and check the returned parcel, we refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong product

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost of a replacement or a full refund.
